📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and overseeing departmental operations,Coordinate and supervise departmental tasks and projects,Ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations within the department,Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of departmental staff,Maintain accurate and up-to-date departmental records and documentation,Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and presentations,Support the Department Head in any other duties as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field,Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and regulations
