In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships. You’ll work with a variety of stakeholders, including farmers, agribusinesses, and other industry players, to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Our office is located at Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 123, Pekanbaru, Riau, 28123, providing easy access to key agricultural markets and business hubs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
• Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
• Leverage data and analytics to track sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive overall business growth.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on performance and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
