Makmur Hendra Health Center is seeking a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and supporting the procurement manager in achieving our procurement goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.,Monitor and manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Participate in procurement meetings and provide input on procurement-related issues.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers and vendors.,Provide support in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
