You'll also maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and manage payroll using Payroll Plus. This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Handle payroll processing using Payroll Plus.
- Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
