📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
