📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven experience in leading HR teams and driving HR initiatives.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
