📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Prepare and maintain food cost reports and budgets.,Participate in menu development and cost control initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of culinary arts and food preparation techniques.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
