📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.,Create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the seed industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
