📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Promote products and services through various marketing channels to drive sales.,Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
