Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the architectural design and implementation of institutional projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that our designs meet their requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural industry, and incorporate them into our projects.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Represent PeopleSearch at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural management, with a focus on institutional projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-profile projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the architectural industry.
• Ability to travel as required.
