📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct environmental impact assessments and report findings to management.
• Develop and implement sustainable practices within the garment manufacturing process.
• Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into daily operations.
• Monitor and report on social compliance initiatives, including labor practices and community engagement.
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to ESG standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental and social responsibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG or social compliance roles, preferably in the garment industry.
• Certification in ESG, sustainability, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP or similar tools.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel for site visits and audits as required.
