In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets for our HDPE pipe solutions. With a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure sectors, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence in Bali and beyond.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the HDPE pipe market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
