📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Prepare and submit invoices, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to invoicing and payments.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Monitor and analyze trends in accounts receivable to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
