📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve dental team skills.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to plan and execute training initiatives.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with dental procedures and equipment is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
