NEXUS Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Staff Accounting to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
