📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in setting up and decorating banquet halls for events and parties.,Greet and welcome guests, providing information about the event and the menu.,Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas.,Assist in managing reservations and guest inquiries.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth event execution.,Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and discreetly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
