📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and supervise the construction of new healthcare facilities and infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all construction projects comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing infrastructure.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
  • Assist in the development of the facility's long-term strategic plan.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in healthcare facilities.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software.
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
