📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and supervise the construction of sustainable infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure projects are built according to specifications and timelines.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including site layouts, schedules, and cost estimates, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, environmental engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve project efficiency and sustainability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience for Junior, 5-8 years for Senior, and 8+ years for Lead positions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
