📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect outstanding debts and facilitate account resolution.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with customers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding amounts.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Report any suspicious activities or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
