🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of operational staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
