📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Handle payroll processing using Payroll Plus.
• Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
• Conduct employee training and development programs.
• Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the beauty or service industry.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
