CV Usaha Terang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, including scheduling regular servicing and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient vehicle utilization.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support and guidance to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
