📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations.,Conduct regular audits of fleet operations to ensure adherence to company standards.,Train and mentor junior fleet coordinators and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fuel, and driver schedules.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
