📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Tech Foundations platform, overseeing its development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the needs of the business and delivers value to users.,Drive innovation and improvement in the Tech Foundations platform, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Manage and mentor a team of platform engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Collaborate with senior leadership to align the Tech Foundations platform with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address them.,Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning within the Tech Foundations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,8+ years of experience in platform management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven ability to drive innovation and improvement in technology platforms.,Familiarity with Airbnb's technology stack and business processes is a plus.
