📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring efficient and accurate tax compliance and planning.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Oversee the preparation and filing of corporate and personal income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide tax advisory services to internal and external stakeholders, including management, employees, and clients.,Monitor and evaluate tax policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes.,Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities and other relevant stakeholders.,Provide training and guidance to junior tax officers to ensure continuous improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, employees, and external stakeholders.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving tax compliance and minimizing tax liabilities.
