📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process for each candidate.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate selection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
