  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize Shopify store performance through data-driven decisions and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize Klaviyo email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on growth performance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce growth management, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify platform and its features.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
