📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end talent sourcing process for executive search projects.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate research and screenings to ensure quality matches.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase candidate profiles.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with executive search tools and platforms is a plus.
