📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to the organization and its stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on tax matters.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and accountants as needed.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Certification in tax law is a plus.
