📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them in finding their tables.,Provide excellent table service, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and ensuring tables are set for the next guests.,Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.,Assist the kitchen staff in delivering food and drinks to the tables.,Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure that all guests leave satisfied with their dining experience.,Work collaboratively with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
