📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
• Ensure all sales transactions are completed in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor, ensuring a well-presented and appealing shopping environment.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and manage the cash drawer throughout the shift.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the retail store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
