📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of hotel contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards
• Support the contracting team in managing vendor relationships and coordinating project timelines
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
• Assist in the organization of meetings, events, and presentations to support the contracting process
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform contracting strategies
• Support the team in maintaining accurate records and reports on contract performance and vendor relations
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the contracting department’s database and filing system
• Provide general administrative support to the contracting team, including travel arrangements and event logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of contract management and negotiation principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
