PT Pelayanan Prima Bangka Belitung (PP Bangka Belitung) is a leading company in the retail and public service sector in Bangka Belitung. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PPPK Manager to join our team at Public Service Mall in Pangkalpinang.

The PPPK Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the mall, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the overall performance of the facility. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the mall, including tenant relations, security, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the mall premises.
  • Manage and coordinate with mall staff, including security personnel, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Monitor and manage the mall's budget and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or public service management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and tenant management.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
