📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and IT support.
- Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
